I built Crate because I love vinyl, and I kept playing the same thirty records while hundreds sat on the shelf. I wanted the thing beside the turntable: remember what’s there, pick one that’s been waiting, keep the story of the spin.

Free and membership
Free is a real crate. Membership is the whole shelf, three liner notes each month, unused notes that stack, up to 10 golden one year from the day you paid, recommend, export, and collection gap recommendations. If the collection is bigger than 200, a free account loads the first 200. Membership loads the rest. If membership ends, we do not delete the extra copies. 200 stay on the crate. The rest wait until you renew.
