What

For the records you own.

I built Crate because I love vinyl, and I kept playing the same thirty records while hundreds sat on the shelf. I wanted the thing beside the turntable: remember what’s there, pick one that’s been waiting, keep the story of the spin.

Not a playlist. Not a shop. Not a catalog with a new coat. A crate, a platter, a notebook. You put one on. You stay in the chair.

Tonight is that copy. The jacket talks while the side is on. The journal is the notebook by the chair. Free to join.

Free and membership

Free is a real crate. Membership is the whole shelf, liner notes that come back every month, leftover month-notes that turn golden, and recommend. If the collection is bigger than 200, a free account loads the first 200. Membership loads the rest. If membership ends, we do not delete the extra copies. 200 stay on the crate. The rest wait until you renew.
